The next time we see you
We can hardly believe our good fortune to have so many of our favorite people with us. It means so much to us that you'll be there to celebrate.
As you look through the list below, you'll notice that the Map It* links have an asterisk next to them. This is just a note of advice to "Star" them in your Google Maps app. We've found the Google Offline Maps to be extremely handy when traveling internationally without cell service for directions.
Thursday, May 24th
Many of you are arriving on the 24th, and we'd love to see you once you've gotten into town. Let's all do dinner the night before so we can say hello. Whomever would like is welcome to join, but we also understand the need to rest up!

With views looking out over Copenhagen, we’ll cheers to the upcoming years!
How about taking a seat on the top of the city, literally! The Rooftop is a sky-high urban oasis with a sweeping 360-degrees view of Copenhagen and beyond. With lounge furniture, green plants and cool wine and beer in the bar, you can enjoy the whole city at your feet. Take a seat with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of Tivoli, Christiansborg and all the other historical buildings located in Copenhagen.

An 8 minute stroll through the streets of Copenhagen to where we'll board the boat tour. The boat we're catching leaves at 14:30.
14:30 - 16:30
A trip to Copenhagen would hardly seem complete without a tour of the canals. What better way to get a lay of the land?
We’ll get on at stop (A) Ved Stranden / Strøget and ride the full circle so we don’t miss a thing. We might even stop off along the way to briefly peruse another area of town if we have the time. A full circle takes about an hour and fifteen minutes.
As described on the Stromma website:
Audio-guided cruise through the canals and harbor.
You will see Copenhagen's old listed houses, new buildings and all other sights of interest. Hop on and off when you like at one of the stops along the route and explore Copenhagen by boat at your own pace.
The tour covers important landmarks and sights such as Christiansborg Palace - National Bank of Denmark - the Opera – the Little Mermaid - Amaliehaven - Our Saviours Church and the Black Diamond.

With two tempting places just up the street, we don’t think we’ll be able to resist stopping into both. The first, a Danish bakery with delicious pastries to pick from, and the next, a local ice cream shop.
18:30 - 19:00
We didn’t mind drooling over Lagkagehuset’s Instagram for some photos… The shop closes at 19:00.

Officially, hotly anticpated, most excitedly, married! You’ll wave us off as we head off, beach-bound, into the sunset. Naturally.
We want to say again
While not to the ends of the earth
you’ve shown us quite what we’re worth
so after we 'walk down the aisle'
we want to treat you in quite fine style
from the time at City Hall we arrive
until into the sunset you watch us drive
we want you to know
we're taking care of the show
it'll be incredible to see you there
such an exciting day to share.
many of you have asked
There's no dress code, and we recommend checking the weather beforehand. Z's not wearing a tux, and Courtney's not wearing a ballgown. We know we're all traveling and space is of the essence, so pack practically, but keep in mind you'll be in a fair number of photos, too! We'll be walking around town, sometimes over cobblestone, so wear comfortable shoes.
Some suggestions would be to bring a jacket in case the boat ride gets cold, sunglasses, sunscreen, your passports, and cameras.
Saturday, May 26
Most everyone flies out of Copenhagen at some point on Saturday. We won't be headed to the airport til around dinnertime. We would love meet up with whomever might be around that day, but those plans will evolve once we're all in town.
